It is not suitable for complete beginners as I believe you require a little more support. Contact me if you are unsure if its suitable for you.
DOES THIS INCLUDE CHECK INS?
This included 2 check ups on week 6 and 12 to see how you are getting on! This does not include weekly check ins however. Check out my 1-1 coaching package if you would like some accountability.
I HAVE A HOME GYM - CAN I GET A PROGRAMME?
Absolutely! The programmes are designed specifically to your goals and equipment availability.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK THE WEIGHTS I USE?
Yes, you can track the weights (kg or lbs) and record the number of sets and reps too.
